Announcing the new ‘discoverLynchburg’ Blog!
With the constant growth in popularity of social media and viral marketing opportunities, discoverLynchburg has launched one of its new marketing initiatives for 2012…the discoverLynchburg Blog.
‘The blog will be tailored toward the Gen X and Gen Y crowd, but will provide current news and relevant information for locals and visitors alike…and the best part is, you only have to be tech-savvy enough to read’ said Beckie Nix, Director of discoverLynchburg.
The blog will allow readers to keep up with what’s happening around the Burg. It will contain discussions on local history, traveler reviews and more, along with some fun ‘did you know’ information to jump-start conversation around the dinner table.
“We will feature different sites, tell little known stories and try to cover all the facets of the tourism/hospitality industry here in Lynchburg” added Denise Jackson, Sales Manager for discoverLynchburg.
